This was my 4th visit to the salon and on previous occasions everything had been ok, nothing fantastic but ok. Today I left with tears of frustration in my eyes. I went for a deluxe pedicure with shellac, I had booked an 11am appointment so that I didnt have to wait. Nobody even looked at me until 11.30. I had a tiny bit of shellac on from my previous visit and as normal it was removed, and my pedicure began. It wasn't until I was paying that I was informed I was being charged and extra 8 pound for using a bit of acetone!! Normally removal of shellac is included in a deluxe pedicure and you certainly expect that considering they already charge 40 pound for it! It wouldn't even have been as bad if I had been informed of this extra cost before the treatment. I totally regret going and I really won't be going back, having read previous reviews I completely agree with people's comments about customer service and lack of organisation, I got asked my name and what I wanted 4 times, and even when I was sitting in the pedicure chair someone came over to me and asked again. The whole experience was just horrible. I actually wanted to cancel the appointment last night because something had come up but when I went into my appointment confirmation email the cancellation policy actually shocked me " do not cancel! It's bad for your KARMA!" LIKE what! Things come up and people need to rearrange plans and this salon is here threatening people's karma!! Ridiculous ! Never again!
