I did a microdermabrasion facial. The facial was great, and the lady very nice, professional and helpful. The roomed looked clean although a towel hanging from the door looked like it has been used or not clean anyway. Serious lack of organisation is the only thing I would say is bad: My appointment was for 3pm, I received a text reminder at 11am on the day, the another one at 2.50 confirming my appointment for 3.10, and then another one at 3.10 confirming my appointment for 3.15. The appointment actually started at 3.20. Although i have "checked in" with the receptionist and sat right in front of her, i had 3 different employees coming over to ask me if i was waiting to have my eyebrows done. After the appointment i was asked to pay although the payment was done via credit card at the time of booking, and when i asked her to double check she did find it.

It was marketed as a deluxe pedicure but did not feel deluxe. It was done very quickly and I still had rough heels
