The pedicure looks nice but the staff had lots of customers and some were seeing to 2 customers at a time and it felt a bit rushed,and I didn't get the parafin pedi that I booked neither was a clear top coat applied to my toe nails. The staff are really nice and clearly their brief is to see many clients as possible. I think the management should make sure there are enough staff for walk ins.

Mandy is an amazing therapist and she gave me the best Swedish massage and facial I've ever had so far. Body aches and pains have gone and I now have that lighter feeling. The facial has also improved my skin tone, making it much brighter without irritating acne. Thank you so much.

There were no clean cups for water and shower area could be cleaner broken hooks for towels etc.

I really enjoy coming to Bhavi beauty, however while this massage was okay there were a few things that made it a bit uncomfortable.
When I was in the middle of getting undressed for the massage, the therapist walked in without knocking so I had to quickly cover myself up!
Also, during the massage there was a lot of banging and crashing when the therapist was looking for oils which also is quite disruptive when you are trying to relax.
The massage itself was okay but I probably wouldn't have this particular one again.
