The staff in the salon are always warm and welcoming. They do a great job on manicure and pedicures. My only feedback would be about the ambiance. Every wall is dingy white makes it feel like a hospital. Wish it felt more warm and soothing. Paint the walls and bring in a few accessories to finish it off. Overall 4 stars!!

Unfortunately, though the front rooms are really nice, the back rooms where waxing treatment takes place are dirty and the ambiance is not as pleasant. Also, I have been waxing many times and never been told my hair is too long (sounded like an excuse for not doing a proper job). Normally they then take scissors and cut the hair to the proper length. Otherwise I would be worried I'd cut it too short.
