Booked on line paid £32. Had to delay appointment by an hour. Called to amend booking. Not a problem. Was told special offer £25. I said I already paid £32. Told may get a refund. Had my hair cut but no refund given as manager not in to authorise it. No mention of discount next time. Felt hair cut very quickly and I wasn't 100% happy with result.
