The lady didn't separate the hair into small strands in the foil. I told her I always have highlights done but never this way. She said it was her style. My hair ended up looking yellow and no sign of highlights but just pure colour. I was very disappointed with the service. The manager/owner suggested to add brown colour on the rest of the hair. I said I never heard of such thing she said its for highlights to show better. She charged me extra £40.
