I've had a lot of Hollywoods in my time and this was the best by far. Genuinely almost pain free. Also she managed to fit me in around other clients because something went wrong with my Treatwell booking. Great stuff!

Really well done Hollywood waxing with hot wax - Very smooth and gentle.

This venue does not respect Treatwell's booking system and made me feel very uncomfortable as a client. I had booked a slot online that was not available in reality so had to change my booking. Further, at the end of my treatments, which were correctly pre-paid online via the Treatwell application, the personnel got upset that the app prices did not match the venue prices. After them calling Treatwell, they told me that "this should never happen again" - as if something was wrong from my side. Clearly, they did not understand how the app works and what their contractual obligations were. I will never visit this salon again.
