The girl who did the Hollywood wax seemed to be in a great rush. Finished in 15 minutes instead of 30-40 minutes ! No oil provided to soothe the skin after.

The staff is very good. They're very professional, friendly and extremely quick and efficient at doing their job. The place is very organised, clean and beautiful. Good localisation. I'll probably go there again. I'd recommend this venue.
