I had booked a slot online that was not available in reality so had to change my booking. Further, at the end of my treatments, which were correctly pre-paid online via the Treatwell application, the personnel got upset that the app prices did not match the venue prices. After them calling Treatwell, they told me that "this should never happen again" - as if something was wrong from my side. Clearly, they did not understand how the app works and what their contractual obligations were. I will never visit this salon again.

The salon was exceptionally clean with a cool decor. My wax was as good as it could have got and the staff were inviting and kind.
