went for a french pedicure, was a really nice quiet ambiance. loved my pedicure and the fit massage was so relaxing. Will definitely be back soon.

Gloria is AMAZING! Perhaps one of the best waxing service I have received in London. I have very sensitive skin and I usually get eczena from waxing, but I got nothing!

Terrible experience. I arrived and they were running 20-25 mins late. My manicure was also terrible - it was rushed so each layer was not left to dry - the result being bubbles in every single nail! I paid before realising how bad it was and immediately returned and asked them to just remove it. Initially they also refused to refund me because “their system can’t do refunds”. I eventually negotiated a £20 cash refund for the £50 I paid. My nails now feel brittle and I wasted 2 hours. Not happy!
