I had a really nice time at Lavish - it was easy to find, there was plenty of room to wait (not that I had to wait!), and space to store my bag. The haircut experience itself was lovely - after a quick chat about what needed doing, it was straightforward from there on. The result was a lovely cut and a nice chat, and I’m overall very pleased and will be returning!

Martine took my temperature on arrival and I was asked to use sanitizer on my hands. She was so friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. A really relaxing experience!

After a few bad experiences with hair cuts and colours at different salons over the past year I had been nervous about getting my highlights fixed by another hairdresser. However Martine really listened to what I wanted and was able to give me some great new highlights & blend most of the errors I had been left with from my previous colours. I am so much happier with my highlights now and have already booked in for my next appointment with Martine.
