I visited with a friend for a manicure and a pedicure. The quality of the pedicure was good however the salon experience was not. We arrived in time for our appointment only for the salon to be closed and the beautician arrived 10 minutes late. An alarm then went off as she opened the shop for around 5 minutes which wasn't ideal or professional and the staff were not apologetic.
The manicurist changed three times during our visit which wasn't good for consistency and she also checked her phone, answered the landline and attended to lots of other matters during the appointment. The whole visit felt very chaotic and rushed and wasn't the relaxing salon trip we were looking for.

I absolutely love my nails! Amazing value for money. The one reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because of the fact my acrylics were a little harsh on the cuticles
