A greatly improved experience all round since the relaunch - soothing music, comfy seats and nicer decor. It's popular so you may have to wait even if you book. Reasonable prices, especially as it's so central, and skilful staff though they're not particularly chatty. It's cash only (unless you pre-pay on Treatwell) which is a bit annoying as there's no nearby cash machine.

Second time going for SNS. Now construction has finished, nicer environment. Staff are friendly and good value for money when off peak pricing.
