Great SNS manicure that’s lasting well, not a chilled spa environment due to construction work going on. Slightly abrupt guy did my nails, may have been a language issue. Can’t fault his work though!

I booked an appointment for eyelash infills. The set I had on was about 2 weeks old and still looked nice. The beautician said that I had lost too many and would need a full set. I agreed and she removed my previous set and applied a new on for an extra £15. The overall treatment was pleasant and she was very professional. When I got back to the office I noticed an eyelash on my keyboard, lots of shedding over the next 3 days, and fast forward one week I have less full eyelashes than with my original set. Very poor quality and will not be returning to this salon.

Fantastically thorough manicure and friendly staff. I’ll definitely be coming back to see the renovations and have another manicure, maybe pedicure too!

Great gel nails! Had to pay an extra fiver to have a full manicure though which I think should have been clearer on the treatwell description.

The actual salon is under construction so they have a small basement with 3 tables. No greeting just asked if I had an appointment, which I confirmed I did. The lady completing my gel nails turned her music on from her phone and the music was stopped and started continuously throughout the treatment and every 5 mins a message sound would come through. Far cry from the ambience in the picture. Apart from asking what colour I wanted, no further communication made when completing the treatment. Talked to her colleague throughout. Also extemely noisy from the work going on in the salon above. They don’t take card, so had to leave my phone and pop to the post office round the corner. No thank you or goodbye when paying. I was quite happy with the shape and gloss of the nails until day 4 when the gel started lifting. I’ve never had this before. Gel usually lasts at the very least 2 weeks. Very disappointing. Such a waste of money. Would not recommend!
