The treatment hair was in the middle of what could be described as a building site as they were doing up the room. It took her about 3 minutes to tread my eye brown when usually it takes 10 so I felt it was very rushed and not as good.

Staff were nice and friendly, the treatment itself was good.
The shop was the downside - I had to go downstairs through another shop to get my eyebrows done and there was just a chair in the middle of the room.. quite odd.
Upstairs where you receive other treatment looked okay and clean enough.

If I could give no stars, I would. I booked in the morning for a same day eyebrow threading appointment on my lunch break. When I arrived I was told that I would need to wait 15-20 minutes to be seen. I said I couldn't wait that long and would just need a refund instead. I was told they would issue the refund, but I still haven't revived any money
