Very happy with my manicure. Knocked off stars due to the salon not being the cleanest. The floors and counters were dirty -even when I was the first client of the day. The drying machine should be wiped down in between each customer which isn’t done
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Great location, however it’s overpriced. Staff talk in their own language non stop. No card machine, either cash or a personal bank account transfer. They have nice nail decorations, but don’t listen to customers needs.

This was my most expensive manicure, and my worst. The person who did my nails didn't seem to care whatsoever about doing a good job and rushed the whole thing with very little care. When I told her during the appointment that I felt she'd cut them too short she got annoyed and defensive so I felt I couldn't speak up again. The nails are really chunky and not filed down, she burnt me twice with one of the electric filers and the nails are uneven. I left with glue and acrylic on my hands and clogged up glue under my nails, she just couldn't seem to get me out of there quick enough. I was going to complain anyway as I was really disappointed with how they looked but they started peeling off 1 day after and 5 days after most of the the french tips were gone. An appointment like this isn't cheap and to have someone rush through your treatment with no care for how your nails look is a massive disappointment, I didn't feel comfortable addressing this at the time as she seemed so frustrated when I commented on how I wasn't pleased with them during the appointment. Very disappointed and they won't give me a refund.
