The fastest mani I have ever got! Nails look good but the technician went really hard on my cuticles and I am now bleeding in some areas 😭 but fast and efficient, for sure.

Booked a gel pedicure for 18:30. They didn’t get to me before 18:50. No explanation or apologies. I wanted to leave but had already prepaid and knew that getting my money back would be a nightmare. The employees are rude. The gel application was done fine but in a hurry. Not worth the price. Barely counts as a pedicure. A customer came in asking how long the wait was to remove gel polish and they basically told her to wait or leave, without giving her a timeframe. Won’t be going back. Avoid!

My nails look nice and they were friendly, but poor communication. I had to wait half an hour for them to start my nails and then sat with my nails in acetate completely ignored for half an hour.
Communication could have been improved - I happily would have gone to grab a drink and a bite to eat rather than sitting and being ignored.
Overall quite disappointed given the price!
