I paid £42 for a “luxury” pedicure. The theraspists were nice but the nail polish was badly applied and it even smudged… £42 for nothing

Mary is always AMAZING when I see her. However, today i didn’t have Mary because she wasn’t in. I think the salon need to update their staffs shifts on treatwell because it’s not the first time this has happened. The lady that did my nails today was great too, however i think it’s just a little annoying when you book with a specific therapist and don’t get them.

Overall experience was fine, the acrylics were not removed completely from my nails but I assume that’s to not file my mail down too thinly. The wax was the main issue, the strips were pulled off my top lip too quickly which peeled off a thin layer of my skin right under my nose. I now have a scab and a scar that will take months to heal.•almost 2 years agoReport

Really professional job. I was in a rush and Kulwinder got the job done in much less time than expected with excellent results. Would highly recommend.
