Someone else did my blow dry, even though it was booked under ‘Leyla”. Didnt use any product before and proceeded to tell me my hair needed all these treatments(it doesn’t) blow dry fell out within an hour. It was cheap and I was so cold there I couldn’t be bothered by the end of it so just walked out without saying something, but wouldn’t come back.
Lady who washed my hair was lovely though.
