Amazing, a real heaven in Finchley. I love this place so much, the massage is very personalised, I told her about my problem and she tailored it, really concentrating on the problematic area - something many places just ignore to do -.

The only reason I gave a loss of a star is that they moved my booking about 30 minutes before I was due to arrive, which was fine, but then there was confusion and I received a call for it to be cancelled when I was almost there; however, they apologised and accommodated me as soon as I arrived and everything else was brilliant for the price. There is a bit of sound bleed between the hallway and open area and the rooms, but again for the price, I'm okay with it.
