Not entirely 5 stars due to initially not receiving head massage as part of the massage I had paid for. Therapist told me it’s something I needed to request at the beginning of the massage? Doesn’t make sense as the name of the treatment is ‘Back, Neck, Shoulder & Head’ massage. After I mentioned this to the therapist, she did give me a quick additional 6 minutes or so of a head massage. However it felt rushed and I was not able to enjoy that part of the experience.
