The best healing sports massage! I arrived with a tense and stiff back and therapist Kay really relieved my knots and tension. Firm pressure which was great. Also loved the head/neck focus at the end. Thank you to Yogesh at reception also, a warm and friendly welcome, I really enjoyed the calm spa atmosphere on arrival!
