Quite a rough massage (although I asked for relaxing) have been left feeling a little bruised rather than relaxed. Focus was more on cracking bones and confirming that I had tension that trying to release tension through massage

I usually love this place, but this therapist was not very experienced, and my massage was not good. She would just rub her hands with little pressure all over my body without stopping to do more detailed work on any muscles (even though I asked if she could do more of that). She also accidentally hurt me with her elbow against my head several times while trying to massage my back.
It's a shame the names of the therapists are not on the app for us to book with whom we already know it's good.
