Really painful, and I kept having to tell the masseuse to reduce pressure to the point of exclaiming in pain. Also someone walked in during the treatment by accident which made it a very unrelaxing atmosphere.

Too much focus on my upper back and not enough on my neck. The therapist started using hot stones halfway through the massage - this was a bit disappointing as my aim was to get rid of my knots, which hot stones don't really help with. Maybe I should have booked a deep tissue massage instead. I also didn't appreciate my head being jerked to the side! There was also too much chit chat and the room was too small to be able to get undressed comfortably.
