I had many good massages at this place, but the latest one by Hema was a complete joke. She was on her phone watching YouTube videos the whole time and stopping at random to go on the phone. When facing down I didn’t realise at first, but felt she was distracted and the massage wasn’t relaxing at all. When I turned over, I caught her tapping on her phone right next to my head, she had the audacity to lie to my face that it’s normal!Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour
