The back and leg massage was lovely but she was too hard on my arms which has left bruises - this has never happened to me after a massage before. Also, she was ill - coughing and sniffing and now I have a sore throat - I wish I’d said something.

Therapist 1 had a very gentle polite manner when speaking. She was extremely thorough when performing the massage. I could feel the effects on my walk to the swimming pool. She made sure I knew what to expect and what I had to do at all times.
