Wonderfully firm & thorough massage from Erica with good communication at each stage. Only thing that lowered the experience was the receptionists were too busy to welcome me. Myself and the therapist had to wait a while whilst they dealt with some admin, before I was shown to the room. There was no acknowledgement when I left either and was offered no refreshments as I saw the previous clients were. But the massage itself was brilliant

This location is an oasis of pure relaxation, a happy place within the chaos of city life. Today I was greeted by the lovely and accommodating Niha at reception, followed by a relaxing and potent massage by Erica.
