I was quite disappointed with this massage given the good reviews. I was delayed because of parking issues and they still went ahead with the massage which was nice of them. However there were a few issues and I had to tell the masseuse to stop a few times. The lights suddenly came on 5 mins into the massage which is off putting and instead of dimming the lights I got given some cotton pads to put on my eyes which didn't help. The masseuse took full body Swedish massage to literally mean full body...a bit unexpected and uncomfortable! She included what was apparently an Indian head massage into the Swedish massage. I left with very greasy hair. I don't know if Indian head massages include scratching and flicking my head and my eyes but it was not good. All in all, im sorry to say this was the worst massage I've ever had.

Great staff very friendly I have had a facial which was very relaxing 6 inch loss wrsps which I highly recommend as I lost 9inch had beautiful make up for our Xmas party if your looking for a down to earth friendly caring salon then this is the best place I would like to highly recommend this salon now offering gel nails which I had done yesterday and sre beautiful
Tip top treatments and fantastic customer service staff are professional and knowlegable very welcoming im a every week regular client always enjoy my visits have recommended to all my family and friends
I had a amazing treat with my xmas voucher at laylas thanks to my boyfriend the salon is calm clean and staff are always happy to help you will be back for more treatments looking forward to seeing you again my skin feels amazing
Unfortunatelly i was unable to enjoy the treatment which i booked for 17:30. i received a call from wahanda at 17h saying that the theraphist csncelled as she thought 8 was a man. After i received the therapist call but it was too late.
