Overall the results were good, so I left happy with that. But I will say there were a few things I thought could be improved. The fact there is no disposable knickers provided meant the treatment felt a little invasive and messy. No after was gel or cream provided. After the treatment I was immediately asked to get off the bed so it could be changed, I would’ve preferred some privacy to get dressed first. When I was finally left to get dressed, within a few minutes the therapist came knocking, felt like I was rushed out. Like I said results of the wax Itself was good no complains there however the little things can make the experience better.

skin specialist was amazing made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail! ended up with another facial more suitable for my skin and it feels amazing thank you for the exfoliation and chemical skin peel.. cannot wait for the peeling to commence!
