Wax was amazing, nothing to fault. I forgot I had paid £15 extra for hot wax, wasn't reminded and strip was was used. So that's a bit annoying but is totally my fault.
However I had literally the worst gel manicure I've ever had, would attach pictures if I could to show how bad it is. I literally have paint around my nails and peeling nail bits at the top. Obviously very rushed time of year, but the quality is appalling and I could not recommend this place for nails. Would have asked to have them redone once I had noticed how bad they were, but had doctors appointment to get to.

The staff were friendly but the quality of work is not as expected and per reviews read. not sure I will be back again.

Got my nails done today, staff was super nice and my nails look fabulous for the holiday! We'll see how long they last but overall I am super happy and will be coming back!
