Mani the wax in lady was excellent. Took her time and ensured I wasn’t in too much pain. For my Brazilian wax the hot wax machine wasn’t working at first so took quite a while to the point where mani had to go and get another one after which it was fine. Only major downfall was timing of the appointment I showed up early and at the time of my appointment I saw another customer go in for a treatment with the therapist who was doing my treatment so I didn’t actually start my treatment until 15 mins after my appointment time so not happy about that. Overall though was a very good wax and great service from the therapist.

As I'm not a fan of gel, or acrylic nails I opted for a plain manicure which I thought was excellent value for money. Most nail salons are stressful, noisy and have an over bearing strong product smell where they get you in and out in no time hardly speaking to you. However, Lin was very friendly, polite attentive and had lots of time for me. I had my nails done today so can't comment on how long the nail polish will last but for the moment they look amazing. I will definitely be back soon for a joint manicure and pedicure.
