she basically just scrubbed minimum product on my skin vaguely, with minimum effort, didn't cover all my skin, I didn't get smiles or welcomes when I went in, I had funny looks and just unpleasant attitudes, low class, I've had WAY better for similar price, done with way more love and passion, more thorough, she didn't even clean the product off properly, she didn't bother warming the towel up to remove the second lot of the scrub off... I could have saved my money and done better than this my self. I won't go back at all or recommend, no way.

I was pleased at first but when I got home and the redness settled I noticed the waxer had missed quite a few spots (this meant I had to tidy it up myself). Probably the worst waxing experience in 4 years as Ive never seen anyone leave that much hair in random spots - not going here again.

Went for my regular gel manicure with Lin- as always she did a great job and I got several compliments on my nails whilst on Holiday. Would definitely recommend!
