My daughter left the salon crying as her hair wasn’t cut in the way she wanted. Nothing like in the picture she showed to the person who cut her hair. It completely messed up - no fringe and wrong layers. She’s had her head covered most of the time until I am able to take her somewhere else to fix it. Very upsetting!
