Anna gave a really lovely head massage when washing my hair which was lovely.
Atmosphere was a bit odd (new experience for me) with the shop being half a nail salon, there was a strong smell of acrylic and lots of chatter from the nail techs.
My only critique would be that I wasn’t sat down for a ‘consultation’ before washing/cutting so I wasn’t filled with confidence.
Overall nice cut but not entirely what i wanted as i don’t think enough time was spent understanding what i was asking for.
