Mani is a senior musculoskeletal Physiotherapist working in East London. His work across different NHS trusts and specialities over the past 13+ years has enabled him to grow his experience in treating patients with varying conditions. His special interests include nutrition, return to sports and calisthenics. Mani is part of our Hands & Wrist specialist team, building on experience in a prominent H&W clinics at one of London's major hospitals. He is also a qualified nutrition consultant and works with our patients in ensuring their rehab is not impacted by any unmet dietary needs. Prior to entering the world of physiotherapy, Mani studied Neuroscience where he was passionate about neural plasticity, motor imagery and neurodegenerative disorders. He feels that his extensive research into sleep, stress and motivation play a large part in the rehabilitating patients back to full fitness. Mani is a keen footballer and plays regularly with his local team. If you are recovering from a football injury, he'll probably take you to the park for a 1v1!
