Just in general: an extremely unrelaxing atmosphere since it’s loud music, earthquakes (people dropping weights), shouting…(walking into a sweat humid not good smell room).
First timer for acupuncture, I was truly struggling, mostly in agony. Then friends and family told me I shouldn’t have been in such pain. Days after still no relief in my back, sadly this has been a bad experience and service. Des is a lovely, kind human, but if I can go through major pain I should be able to do acupuncture?

Very good appointment, had plenty of time to explain the nature of my ankle injury, Nic did a further assessment in the gym and then I got access to an online exercise programme with stretches tailored to help my with my recovery.
