A bit disappointing. First I had to wait half an hour for my appointment because the previous client was late; they could texted me or emailed, instead of waiting for me to come there to tell me to wait. The facial itself was very average, she didn’t do any extraction of the spots (which is the main reason to book a facial?) and at the end she didn’t clean my face properly so I had mask in my eyes and on my hairline, and also on my jumper. Won’t be coming back for a facial.
