I’m always a bit nervous about getting my hair cut but it was an absolutely painless experience this time around! The staff were lovely and trusting them paid off, my hair is much happier after the cut and light layering.

I didn't enjoy my experience, it felt very unorganised and rushed. When I arrived on time, I was told my hairdresser would be 10/15 minutes late, no problem. I waited and could see her dealing with the current customer. The customer asked for a layered cut, the hairdresser gave her a straight one. When she finished, they argued about what the instructions were, and it was honestly handled so poorly. She eventually got her cut right, but the hairdresser was so damn rude about it.
It made me uncomfortable and I almost wanted to walk out and cancel my appointment.
I stayed, and she was 30 minutes late, with no apology. I wasn't terribly happy with my cut, she didn't do what I asked but it was okay.
While I was there another woman was booked in for a wash and blow out, but because they were running behind, the hairdresser was still working on me. I could tell she was trying to rush, and the lady behind the counter kept pressuring her.
It was all really unorganised and uncomfortable. The hairdresser's customer service really needs some work, and the salon, some better coordination.
I won't go back.
