Incredibly painful and thoughtless wax. It was indeed very quick but it seemed as though the therapist was in a rush to get it over with, without any regard for how sensitive the area is. Moreover, while it was supposed to be a hot wax, only two strips of hot wax were used while the rest was strip wax, which again was way too painful for this area. Very dissatisfied

I had a great experience here. Irina was lovely and very professional, she knew exactly what I wanted and created a wonderful haircut and blow dry in no time. Everybody in the team was nice and welcoming. Thrilled to have found the right place!

Nice enough staff, very clean & lovely ambience! However I feel my treatment was overpriced and different to the price on Treatwell by £30.
