No consultation prior to hairwash as advertised. No head massage or drink offered which I’ve never not had anywhere before. Hairdresser was so quick with my cut - less than 5 mins spent actually cutting my hair. When she then rough dried it she kept burning my head. I got the impression she wanted to be going home ASAP.
As they say, cheap is never cheap.
However, it was clean.

Overall the staff are friendly and the place is nice.
However I have been charged £20 for an instant coffee and a glass of water. And to top it all off I got pinched on one of my toes, which meant that i got home with blood all around it.
Amazing staff, really nice salon and a great haircut and blow dry. Will come back
