Staff were friendly and the lady doing my eyebrows was nice, but the result was not what I asked for. I requested to keep my natural shape and just tidy them, but they were made much thinner, changing my natural style. After she had finished, she said thinner brows would make my eyes look more “happy” because my natural shape has a slight downward arch, which I don’t mind at all. I wish she had asked before changing my shape. I’m disappointed as I had spent a long time growing my brows
