Unfortunately this visit to the salon was not as pleasant as previous visits have been. Firstly I was standing outside for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to open the door after having to press the bell 3 times. Once I was in the treatment room, there was no ambiance at all, no music, just silence which was super awkward and I’ve never experienced during a massage before. I booked a full body Swedish massage, however the massage was more like a very intense deep tissue massage instead.

Threading was ok - bit pinchy compared to other therapists but the eyebrows looked good at the end. However, I found the lady who threaded my brows quite unprofessional and unfriendly. I asked for antibacterial gel which they didn’t have (kind of crazy for a beauty salon that has loads of services). After my appt I asked for aloe Vera gel and she said they don’t have any but wasn’t even trying to be helpful at all. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend as there’s other lovely salons nearby
