This is the 3rd time I have been double booked. Last time I waited 40 mins till they saw me. This time it was almost 20 minutes. They gave the available space to another customer who came after me. I was put in a room not in the main building. The room was filthy, I did not want to step onto the floor. It was freezing cold, which is not acceptable since I would be without trousers and socks for a leg wax. Sunny was great, apologetic and great at what she does. As a result.I have a stinking cold
