Booked a 1 hour hot stone massage but therapist only started using the stones 40 minutes later.
Therapist did not take a consultation, her hands were freezing initially for about 10 minutes, the room was freezing cold had to ask her to turn the heating on. Didn't offer me any water on completion. Had to use the toilet, which was also cold and unclean.
Loved the heated couch and the music and lighting was perfect. The therapist touch was pleasant, great massage, although when she applied more pressure on my shoulders it was quite uncomfortable no feedback from her during the massage.
Hot Stone Massage
I had nails soak off and manicure at the Le Crisadore. Both were done with great attention to detail and I enjoyed my visit.
I initially was meant to have shellac done but the lady advised I let my nails recover for a little while before having it done. I really appreciate the advice as it shows that they really care about their clients and don't want to get extra money no matter what. Sh was also absolutely right.
It was great value for money and a job well done.
