My appointment was booked on 12, I’ve spent 32 minutes sitting and waiting without any word how long it will take. My eyebrows were done in less then 3 minutes. No apologies just blaming another member of staff btw. It doesn’t matter which of you made a mistake or not, it’s always on a solon name! If you know straight away that you have a delay half-hour let a customers know! No discount no voucher nothing, that’s how they care about regular customer...
