Unfortunately, I was not happy with my treatment.
I got a Luxury Pedicure but there was nothing "Luxury" about it.
Overpriced.
I had to go home and give myself my own pedicure which was so much better!
Service was also really unfriendly but the complimentary beverage was a nice touch.
Clear toilets too!

I have been using Le Lotus for most of 2024, but won't be returning after today's experience.
They are very good at what they do, to the extent that I will drive for 40 mins, but very expensive. I paid in advance today, £45 for BIAB infills and £15 for nail art, to be told that my nail art would be £30. They were not willing to honour the appointment despite Treatwell clearly displaying the price as £15. 40 min drive and £5 parking for nothing.
