I was really hesitant to get my nails done, but Ann was so careful and considerate. She didn't cut my cuticles into oblivion as I've seen lots of places do, she was extremely gentle and patient with me in my nail colour selection.
Only thing I'd say was the fact that nobody was around to help her and the phone kept going off which meant my treatment had to be interrupted each time.
Having said that, I do believe I've found myself a local gem.
