I missed my appointment due to my own negligence. I went to the wrong salon. I called Ann and told her the situation and she offered to still do my appointment because i had paid already and she doesn’t want me to go empty handed so i did a pedicure instead. She and her team is so accommodating and understanding. Will be coming back again. Happy with the pedicure and costumer service
