I got to my appointment 30 mins earlier, the lady greeted me and told me to sit down. After that everything went down hill. My appointment was booked for 4:00pm and the lady took 20 mins of mine take and at this point my appointment was being delayed . She told me she is running late. I asked her whether it will affect my time. Instead of being apologise and understanding she ignores me and continues with the other client. When it came to doing my pedicure and manicure treatment it was rushed and not well executed. On top of that she finished 20 mins early. When the appointment was meant to be 1 hour. Overall I was very disappointed with my treatments. I was really hoping to become a regular customer, but the experience I’ve received was upsetting.

Nice, bright, pleasant and conveniently local to me salon. I relaxed with classical music being played, warm foot bath and no other customers to make noise. unfortunately then therapist's husband came in and was rather inconsiderate by open the door, letting in the traffic noise and playing loud annoying musicon his phone. Ann was very skillful andattentive. Nail varnish was good quality and lasted longer than expected.
