Went in with a clear idea of how I wanted my perm to look like with aid of reference pictures and came out with a sub par perm, rushed haircut and charged me extra £18 even though I had paid prior to the appointment. Definitely not worth the price felt very rushed, don’t even try here if ur not Asian and communication to staff is impossible. Maybe the inability to talk to stylists due to breakdown in languages is the reason why customers leave with haircuts they didn’t ask for? Avoid!
