The staff were very friendly however I did have to wait an extra 20 minutes. And the wax didn't stick very well and made it hard to tear off.
Hollywood Waxing
I always go to visual hair and beauty to get my Gel nails. Although the therapist tells me the gels will last 2 weeks they have ALWAYS lasted much longer for me and never chipped. Staff are always extremely friendly and polite - always offered plenty of tea and coffee too. I always ask for normal block colors but the therapist is always enthusiastic about doing designs/glitter for me and showing me what she can do - at no extra cost. I wouldn't go anywhere else for gels, despite the ample choice in Battersea/Clapham.

Good value for money, staff speak in a foreign language to one another (?portugese) but I like that I wasn't expected to make small talk. Good for a standard trim at a good price.
Ladies' Haircuts
Very friendly lady and extremely happy with my wash cut and blow dry. I had planned to have a lot of hair off but she checked with me it was definitely what I wanted. Very considerate to check. Great value.

I have my Hair cut every 3 weeks and they always do a good job, I moved to the area a year ago and for me Visual has been the best place I have tried very welcoming and friendly.
My wife also does her gel manicure and waxing and she is extremely happy with both the beauticians
