Great salon, friendly staff! I had shellac nails done and a hair cut and was very happy with both services. My appointments were both on time and the value for money was excellent!

The highlights came out well. The staff were very kind although I was seen 45mins after my booked appointment time which was very frustrating.

I arrived at the venue. The staff were rude and basically had their friends in the venue, they ignored me and spoke in portuguese, they did 25 minutes after my entrance offer me something to drink, after telling me( who was 10 minutes early) that they were running 20 minutes late. I waited 30 minutes for my treatment, after kindly asking if it was possible to cancel the appointment due to the fact that they were running "15-20minutes" late (which they refused). The treatment lady after rudely telling me I was 10 minutes early and that she was running late was nice. She gave me a shellac manicure which 4 hours later had a huge bubble that chipped completely. So I had one nail completely chipped. One nice portuguese lady though !
